We currently can't help with clothing or anything that would cause us to exchange
items without a package. This is to ensure the safety of our Volunteers and clients.
ONLY 1 FORM WILL BE ALLOWED.
Please fill out the whole form. If you are requesting Masks please
mark the box for masks and how many for each age group.
We have a limit of 6 Face Masks per family.

we are sending out about 20 per week. We are behind since October but
they will be going out. Our Volunteers are limited with the amount
