RULES
1) All events have a NO REFUND POLICY unless we cancel the event.
2) We don't ALLOW Vendors of the same item. We prefer one Vendor of each item.
3) If you arrive late to set-up, you will lose your booth. Set up is usually one hour before each event unless stated. NO REFUNDS are given if you arrive late or you don't show up.
4) If you arrive 30 minutes before the event to set-up its likely you lost your booth space and NO REFUND will be issued.
5) We ask ALL VENDORS to share nothing but a positive vibe. No one else is to blame for your attitude. We are NOT allowing Vendors back who project a negative environment.
6) FRC of the Tri-Cities,DHYTC and 3 Chicks Boutique is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your items.
7) We will NOT tolerate anyone including Vendors, Guest or Customers  to bash anyone including our location, Vendors or anyone else. Anyone who does this will NOT BE ALLOWED BACK!
8) FRC, DHYTC & 3 Chicks Boutique is a smoke, drug and gun free. We DON'T ALLOW ANY SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY.
9) If an event date has to be changed due to weather, or any unforeseen situation we can't offer a refund but can accommodate you at another event if the new date doesn't fit your schedule.
10) Each event is a fundraiser for our nonprofit. Event fees are ways for us to pay for programs that are free to our community. If you need a tax deductible receipt let us know ahead of time so we can provide you one.
